There are many things I love about Our Lady of the Snows, but I have to say dress-up days are one of my favorites! I just feel that it is good old fashion fun! Plus when you wear a uniform everyday, it is bonus to mix it up any way you can. Anns and I both love the challenge of creating our next requested gitty-up.
Decades Day
Anns chose the 80's for her dress up day. After all, who doesn't love the 80's? Aunt Jenn totally hooked us up with some totally RAD 80's goods.
I felt the peace sign backpack depicted such a new era...
Pioneer Day
In 4th grade Nevada is part of the standards and Mrs. Tsatsos did a fabulous job in teaching her students all about our great state! They finished up the unit by dressing up in pioneer garb, writing with quills and playing lots of old fashion games.
Maugee found Anns this cute little dress, the bonnet was actually Maugee's grandma's (hand stitched) and Kels hooked us up with the perfect boots. Thanks everyone for such an authentic costume!
Pioneer Day was Annsley-Rae's favorite dress up day of the whole year!
California Dreamin'
What more can we say!?!
